Victorian-Style Embroidered Mesh Lace Fabric- Polyester

This looks so Victorian, but it's not. A very sedate dark ecru base of lacy mesh embroidered & embellished with mauve pink & burgundy flowers and light green leaves and punctuated by tiny stripes of those colors throughout the fabric. Very old fashioned looking.

The type of fabric is a mystery, but it feels like polyester. It has stretch in all directions. I can see a shawl with fringe made from this a la Stevie Nicks or a shrug or loose jacket.

It is 48" wide and over 2 yards long (close to 2.25 yards, actually). Sold as one piece.
