BRIGHT XANTHE Boucle Alpaca-Merino Kettle Dyed Yarn

This qualifies as a truly scrumptious and soft yarn! Yellow always reminds me of sunny summer days, buttercups, sunflowers and Big Bird. (Wooly was brought up on Sesame Street.)

The yarn is a blend of 82% Alpaca, 13% Merino and 5% nylon with 328 yards on a 3.5 oz (100 gm) hank, which is fingering weight. It is kettle dyed with a few hints of lighter or darker yellows, but mostly...it's bright yellow!

FYI, 'Xanthe' is Greek for yellow.

This yarn combines well with our popular Bright Xanthe Merino Yarn (also pictured); knit or crocheted together would make a fabulous scarf, hat or, if you buy enough, a sweater to go with your favorite pair of jeans. :-). This would also make great doll hair...think mermaid!
