Crinkled Taffeta with Embroidered Dragonflies- Perfect for Medieval CosPlay and more
This is, beyond a doubt, one of the most beautiful fabrics I have ever seen. I have been of two minds as to whether I should keep it for myself; so if it disappears, you'll know why.
The colors are extraordinary! We have 2 different colors of the same fabric.
The first was sold as burgundy, but with the color/light act put on by taffeta, it looks more copper-tinged red.
The second color is a nice coppery brown.
This taffeta has a nice soft hand; not as stiff as many taffeta fabric can be and with the tiniest bit of stretch to it. The crinkled look catches the light for dimensional color changes.
The dragonflies are made with gold embroidery thread; different sizes flit randomly about the material.
About 56" wide. Sold by the yard.
